• Username: You can choose a username for the leaderboard (optional)
• Avatar: You can select an emoji avatar for your profile

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Anonymous User ID: Firebase generates a unique anonymous ID for authentication
• Game Statistics: Total score, games played, average guesses, best score
• Leaderboard Data: Your ranking and scores (if you participate)
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version (for analytics)
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app (via Microsoft Clarity)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• App Functionality: To provide core game features and save your progress
• Leaderboard: To display global rankings and compare scores
• Statistics: To track your personal game statistics and improvement
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with the app and improve user experience
• Bug Fixes: To identify and fix technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Firebase (Google)

• Purpose: Authentication, database, and leaderboard
• Data Collected: Anonymous user ID, username, scores, statistics

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

• Purpose: User behavior analytics and app improvement
• Data Collected: Session recordings, heatmaps, user interactions

4. Data Storage and Security

• Storage Location: Firebase servers (Europe region)
• Encryption: All data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption
• Access Control: Only authenticated users can access their own data
• Retention: Data is stored as long as you use the app

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for marketing purposes
• Share your data outside of the services mentioned above

Public Information:

• Your username and scores are visible on the public leaderboard
• Other players can see your ranking and statistics

• Correction: Update your username or avatar
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out: Stop using the app at any time

7. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

1. Send an email to info@oksitgames.com.tr
2. Include "Num4Lock Data Deletion Request" in the subject
3. Provide your username (if you remember it)
4. We will delete your data within 30 days

Alternatively, you can uninstall the app and clear app data from your device settings. This will remove all local data. To remove server data, please contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

Num4Lock is suitable for all ages (3+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app uses anonymous authentication and does not require any personal information to play.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

10. International Users

Num4Lock is available globally. Your data may be transferred to and stored in servers located in different countries. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

11. Cookies and Tracking

The app does not use cookies. However, third-party services (Firebase, Clarity) may use similar technologies for analytics and functionality purposes.
